Established since 1995, Edinburgh Preserves began with a family recipe for Tomato Chutney and a passion for making country kitchen style preserves using only the best ingredients. A sharp rise in popularity has seen many new recipes being developed and added to the range of Preserves, Chutneys, Pickles, Mustards, Sauces, Jellies, and Marmalades. The Edinburgh Preserves philosophy is to use only the best ingredients and to cook in small batches to maintain the taste of the ingredients and quality of the product.
